Reliable Adult Family Home Care
Coffee Creek AFH is owned and operated by Melissa Varick, whose family has been caring for residents in adult family homes for more than 25 years. After years as an educator and coach, Melissa followed in her parents’ footsteps and became an Adult Family Home provider, bringing her passion for working with people into a more personal care setting. Today, she combines that family experience with specialized training in dementia care, mental health, nurse delegation, and first aid to help provide residents with compassionate, dependable care in a comfortable home environment.

What types of care do you provide?
Coffee Creek & Lander House provide personalized support based on each resident’s individual needs. Care may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and other activities of daily living, medication management, dementia and mental health support, hospice care, housekeeping and laundry, meals, and 24-hour supervision and support.
Do residents have private rooms?
Yes. Our residents enjoy private rooms with an attached half bathroom, giving them their own comfortable personal space while still having caregivers nearby when assistance is needed.
Do you provide dementia care?
Yes. We provide care for residents living with dementia and understand the importance of patience, familiarity, safety, and consistent support. Our provider, Melissa Varick, is Dementia Specialty trained and has years of experience working in adult family homes.
How do I know if Coffee Creek or Lander House is right for my loved one?
